PWC (PriceWaterhouseCoopers) brings together a network of companies that offer consulting and audit services. Here, I represent PwC UK. I am very happy with my first visit to Baku; the Baku Energy Forum is a fantastic event bringing together businesspeople who make critical decisions.
The Forum has been managed at the highest level, we've had great discussions.
I am interested in energy replacement, for instance, how countries move away from coal and to gas.
All across Europe, gas has been recognized as the optimal "transition" as fossil fuels are phased out and replaced with green, renewable sources (wind, solar) to preserve the environment.
I had a very useful time hearing different countries voice how they imagine energy transition for the sake of their energy security.
I will be holding talks in Baku, and from the outcome it will be clear whether or not I will be coming to the next Baku Energy Forum.
