The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has chosen Azfen for construction & installation works within the project of a new bitumen plant at the Heydar Aliyev refinery in Baku.
According to SOCAR, a contract has been already awarded to the tender winner.
The new plant will have capacity of 400,000 tons of bitumen a year and will be commissioned in the second half of 2018.
