The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) together with oil companies from 16 countries is planning to take part in the XII International Energy Exhibition to be held on the Iranian island of Kish on 11-14 January.
The event organizers reports that companies from Italy, China, Turkey, Netherlands, India, South Korea, Taiwan, Azerbaijan, Malaysia, France, Austria, UAE, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Australia and Russia expressed readiness to take part in the upcoming exhibition.
"This event should become the first international meeting of representatives of oil business after the expected lifting of sanctions against Iran," the organizers informed.
