Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan plan to implement a number of joint projects in the oil and gas and chemical spheres.
"During the visit to Baku, a delegation consisting of the First Deputy Minister of Energy of Uzbekistan Zhurabek Mirzamakhmudov and the Chairman of the Board of Uzbekneftegaz Bakhodir Sidikov held talks with the President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) Rovnag Abdullayev," said Uzbekneftegaz.
